I like to see improvement in relationships on how guards treat tenants

I am a tenant here in the building of 2050 Frederick Douglass boulevard New York New York 10026 that Madison security in the Bronx has a signed their offices here in our building. I've been living in this building for more than 20 years and had two altercations with security here in the building. last year the manager of the building site was doing recertification and told me to let security know to open the door to allow me to sit in the community room to wait for her to do reader certification of God became belligerent with me and spoke to me very Stern and told me he could not open the door for which I told him your manager told me to wait for her in the room there to be seen to do recertification. he gave me such a hard time before he opened the door and became hostile. I had to tell him go speak with manager to confirm what she told me to tell you then the recent problem I had with him this month the 26th of August the same God named officer became very hostile when I heard someone knocking on my door bell belligerently and loudly and ringing the bell aggressively did not know who this person was and was curious as to who was banging on my door like they were crazy I had actually was sleep and was awakened by the banging started saying who is it who is it but no one answered so I simply called as a tenant downstairs to the guard and asking did UPS or someone come he became loud aggressive and belligerent and said don't ever call this number except for emergency purposes
