Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Gina is very professional and knowledgeble

I appreciate Gina's knowledge and professionalism. She has done testing at many of my jobs and I have always found her to be very helpful. I learn something new from her often. She answers my questions and gives very complete cleaning protocols for all of my jobs.
