Don't do business with ManjaTech

I bought a Vizio computer on Amazon in Oct. 2012 from ManjaTech. They stated the condition was "New." Turns out, ManjaTech bought it from Microsoft and resold it. This has voided my warranty. In addition, ManjaTech seems to have removed the serial number and any other tracking info from the computer. (They will blame everyone else for this, however.) The computer is now broken. Fan doesn't work and major motherboard issues. ManjaTech won't help me and because they didn't indicate that they were a third-party reseller and now the warranty is voided, Vizio won't help me either. $1200 basically flushed down the toilet - $1200 I don't have to lose.
