Have class how deal with passenger on bus.

Bus driver driving bus 17 at 12:50 p.m. need learn how talk to passengers on bus. Going ask lady do she have a problem and lady wasn't speaking to her it respect need be address to worker. Have class how deal with passenger on bus.
