No man should be allowed to be this aggressive with a woman and children in the car over something that was clearly their problem.

My kids and I went to fill the car up with gas and decided to get a carwash. We purchased a wash (basic) for 17.99 and proceeded through the gate to get into the car wash. Once we got inside the carwash the whole wash stalled and left us stuck inside for 5-7 minutes. Nothing was working and we weren't moving and one of the workers came in to tell me I have to drive out automatically. I asked him if this would damage my car and he just started yelling drive drive. I drove out and when I finally exited he told me I need to drive around to the line again and wait to go through. I told him absolutely not and I wanted a refund. He started yelling no refund no refund and banging his hands on my window sill. I rolled my window up and darted to call the main office as my 3 y.o and 6 y.o began to cry because of the fighting back and forth. When I went into the office the (chevron) the man told me they had no affiliation with the car wash and I have to go ask them for the refund. Shortly after approx 4 mins one of the men from the car wash ran in and said just give her the refund. 25 mins later, soapy car and upset kids ( thankfully no damage to the vehicle that I can see so far) we got out 20$ back and I will be reporting this every one I can! No man should be allowed to be this aggressive with a woman and children in the car over something that was clearly their problem.
