I went to this McDonald's 37217 47TH ST E PALMDALE, CA 93552 US they had no warning or sings that this McDonald's was only accepting 2 orders per car I have a family of 4 including myself. We went to this location as we always do and told the drive thru representative we had 3 mobile orders she rudely interrupted my wife and told her she could only take 2 orders the 3rd one would have to get off and order in the counter. She had us wait 2 minutes I went inside to ask to speak to a manager , I gave the manager my order number asked when this rule was implemented he could not say he did tell me they were busy and from now on only accept 2 orders per car. I asked to please see the rule and sings that inform us of that change he couldn't provide me one piece of paper or online rule. My food was cold by the we came home because of this unfortunate error in that McDonald's false rules and policies. I called McDonald's corporate and was received by another rude representative who just ended the call and patched me over to the automated rating system. I guess the truth hurts. It's okay I'll take my business to Tommy's, burger king or even in n out. I don't have to take this all I asked was for a friendly experience and a good not expensive meal but I was asking for too much at McDonald's. McDonald's headquarters should really take action for these franchises that are making the brand look bad paying employees that don't want to be there or worst tampering with customers food. Resolution Sought I want my family refund and an apology from this person who runs that McDonald's I want him or her or they to put up some sings that implement that rule change. I want McDonald's to reach out to me because I still have more to say about this matter but I can't because I ran out of character's. We are loyal customers to that McDonald's every weekend we are there with our kids ordering 4 separate orders thru the application because that's were all the deals are at. Customer service is not great.

I ordered Mcdelivery and it was supposed to be delivered at 7:25. It's now 7:36. They stayed they are looking for a driver. They shouldn't have the service if they don't have a driver. They don't know if I will get my food and won't refund my money for 1-3 business days Resolution Sought My money today
