Lack of communication, pick up times changed or cancelled without notification

This is a free service for Medicare and Medicaid transportation.. The representative takes the details of the trip gives them to the taxi vendor. The vendors and the representatives are not doing their job properly by communicating that a trip has changed and letting that client know, causing that client to miss an appointment, and be dismissed from their Doctor for too many missed appointments. This has happened to me 5 times in the course of 1 month. Something should be put in place for better communication with the transportation companies. If I could rate with no stars I would.
