Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I would like a formal apology and retraining of all employees on how to professionally treat all customers including those who can't wear masks

I have difficulty wearing a mask due to medical conditions. Was yelled at by Deli manager across deli department and told to put on a mask last month. Refused service by in store by Starbucks employee for not wearing a mask. On 12/30 overhear deli manager and Starbucks employee making mean comments about me not wearing a mask. They quickly shut up when they noticed me nearby. Reported to Store director who stated he would say something but I really don't think he takes my concerns seriously. Bad mouthing customers is highly unprofessional and could cause Meijers to loose my business
