I would like a formal apology and retraining of all employees on how to professionally treat all customers including those who can't wear masks
I have difficulty wearing a mask due to medical conditions. Was yelled at by Deli manager across deli department and told to put on a mask last month. Refused service by in store by Starbucks employee for not wearing a mask. On 12/30 overhear deli manager and Starbucks employee making mean comments about me not wearing a mask. They quickly shut up when they noticed me nearby. Reported to Store director who stated he would say something but I really don't think he takes my concerns seriously. Bad mouthing customers is highly unprofessional and could cause Meijers to loose my business

Poor customer service!!
I went to the pharmacy in West Bend at Myers to pick up my prescription. I called it in and it should have been ready 2 days earlier than when I went I got there. They told me they were all out of it and then I said that should not be because I called it in. They said that it would be ready, also I was a day late picking it up from the time they said it would be ready! So she went back by the pharmacist and like magic they had the whole scrip ready and it was dated the date I called it in!! My scrip is subsolv. I've been having issues ever since shop closed and had to switch pharmacy's, I think they are discriminating me cause of the kind of med I'm on!! I pick it up on the 30th day and I should be able to pick up on the 28th day!!!! I think this needs to stop they make me feel like a low life!!!! Witch I'm not!!!!! I know it's because if the med I'm on, but I never pick up early even if I did there shouldn't be a problem because you shouldn't have to go get your medicine the day u need it!!! Cause what if they were really out?? Quit treating people that take certain meds like crap!!!!
