I bought a Nendroid and it showed it was delivered FedEx on May 18th. They took the money out of my account but I never received I received this item.. When I go through Mecari they tell me I have to take it up with federal express the company who shipped it. The company who shipped it. FedEx was no help. Automated system answering. Resolution Sought Refund my $. Fed Ex says they delivered it and we were home and also we have Ring doorbell and camera.

I ordered a poster on Mercari and it was delivered in Chicago, ILL. I Live in Huntington WV . Because It was delivered I have 3 days to rate the seller for something I have not received and paid for. Mercari customer service has run me around. Told me to contact usps. They finally told me to wait 7 days, but if I don't rate the seller in 3 days she gets paid and its closed. I AM out the $10.70 Item ID# M34447068856 with No Product when that happens. The seller has been running me around also. I requested a refund and they said I have to wait 7 days. So now day after tomorrow I will be forced to give the seller a bad rating for a product I have Not received and she will be paid. I will never buy Or sell anything on this platform again. I have money in my account waiting on sales and they sent me a final warning to close my account after I complained . I AM worried that they are going to close my account and keep my money from sales and for the Item I purchased and have not received. I can not support such bad business practices. I was a good seller and they just tore me down over trying to buy a $10.70 birthday present. Resolution Sought Refund for order ID # M34447068856 and payment for sales
