Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I enjoy their service and friendly staff!

I was referred by a friend and have been a customer of Mercury Legal Assistance for at least 3-4 years now. I needed my taxes done and Maria explained everything from beginning to end. The whole staff is very friendly and they keep to their schedule. I wouldn't go anywhere else because I enjoy their service and staff. I would recommend them and I have referred my co-workers to them.
