Price gouging.

Just quoted a small storage building. Friend told me they had cheaper rent so I came and checked it out and was told by employee that what I was looking for in my price range was under available, which is ok. But then she proceeds to tell me that one that is same size I wanted had went up. It doubled in price, and she said it was because of corporate. They can change the price at will during or on the initial transaction. That's price gouging. All I need is a affordable storage.
