If I were to write the whole story behind my experience, it would be too long. So here is the condensed version. Charles, the manager is a god sent. He rectified all of the misunderstandings I had and limited my damages. I was unsatisfied with the final outcome of my case. No fault of MPLG. You have to understand the point I am coming from, the consumer. I invested money, and to get an answer that was unacceptable on my part was very displeasing. The firm did all the leg work to find out that the lender was secured, and would not budge. It was my loan that was bad. But still, as a consumer I am pissed. Instead of telling me to "get lost", which he could have, Charles said, "Let's see what we can do." I'm not going to say what he did, but what he did was very fair. I respect everyone working at MPLG, because they do what they are supposed to do, and they did what they said they would do. It was just unfortunate that my final resolution wasn't what I expected. Thank you MPLG and Charles for helping me as much as you could. In the future, if I am in a similar situation, I will definitely use MPLG, and I would recommend MPLG to anyone that is in a similar situation. Thank you Charles for your help.
