Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fraud!

Fraud! Hired Mike for his services for a cross country move. All seemed fine at first. He came moved our belongings into two trucks with great packers. All seemed well. Until the day our things were scheduled to arrive. They were still located in the place of origin. He had our two vehicles along with ALL of our possessions. We called to ask him about his progress and he lied to us stating he was en route. We installed GPS trackers in our vehicles however so knew this was not the case. We then called the cops and repossessed our belongings back. He moved them into storage and our cars were at two different locations. We have since gone to small claims and sued for our deposit back. We won the lawsuit, which he never even bothered to show up for and have put a lien on him. I would NEVER recommend Michael Kondratko Moving Services to anyone!

We suggest that consumers insist on a written binding estimate in advance of the move. With a binding estimate, the actual moving costs may not exceed the estimate. Be certain that the estimate is very specific concerning the goods to be shipped. It is advisable to purchase additional valuation for lost or damaged goods since the statuatory liability is only .60 cents per pound. If you obtain a non-binding estimate and you are moving between states (interstate) and the final invoice exceeds the estimated amount, customers are required to pay only 10% over the original estimate when the goods are delivered, with a balance due in 30 days.
