Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great work

I really had a great experience here. The guy at the front was nice & Helpful. My computer was sick and i got mine back in about 2 days i think it was. Since then it has been working just wonderful i am so happy. They charged me a fair price and have given me excellent service. Very happy with them will do business again.
