Not dependable and no courtesy to call when very late.

Signed up my son but shows up late or not at all. After a month son only got 1 hour of driving because of Virginia forgetting appointment or calling hours later to tell us she can't make it because of emergency or not at all. Have an 8 oclock appointment today and at 8:30 AM had to call to find out she is late. When asked for money back she right away pointed out the $50 fee. When contract was first set up she pointed out there is a $10 charge for not being ready to drive on time but yet we can't charge her the same for not showing up on time. No recommendation here....
