Ending a happy customer

I was very frustrated with not hearing from Mountain Mama a month after placing my order, which is why I filed a complaint with BCA. When Mountain Mama finally contacted me, they explained the situation and were able to quickly resolve the issue. I received my order quickly after that and they refunded the initial shipping cost and shipped it via 2-day priority mail on them. I am happy to support this company because they are a small business and all their clothes are made in the US, which is hard to find. I was very happy with my products when I received them and would purchase from Mountain Mama again.
