Customer service like no other

This guy leaves me speechless. Although he LAGS LIKE NO OTHER, until I had a problem, the guy ran all over the planet trying to fix my issues. I did not think what he was saying to begin with was right, but in the end, even though I killed 9 of my plants by not watering them correctly, the dude still replaced my cuts.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

Best customer service in the industry

I have used many ( Clone ) companies.... that being said, I have experienced every issue you can imagine in my hunt for the best pheno's. I do not like writing long reviews, so this will be short. This industry will give you the middle finger when you seek customer support in any aspect. From Hydro stores to dispensaries. I am the pickiest jerk alive as I have just been ripped to many times to put up with the bs. This guy comes off like he is all talk... AS time goes by... you see it is all real.

Sir you have gone above and beyond what I have ever experienced or even wished to experience in this industry. You really do care and love what you do that is obvious. Cheers and hats off to the best Clone man in the game.

Life time customer. Would not even think of going else where after this last experience. Started off BAD, but Mr. C made it get back on the good track really fast. He lags when it is not an emergency, but when it is an emergency or I needed a response like NOW, he was all over it. After hours, after closing, running back and forth just to make me happy and I know ( I thought ) he was getting upset. So I thought.. In the end, his follow up, his commitment to what he does and his customers is bar none the best. PERIOD!

His genetics of course me being me, are not the best in the world... But honestly, can you tell me one person who has all the best? He does have an extremely unique and noticeable HIGH brix rated clones. Tested one at 18.3.. FOR A CLONE! If you are a real grower that shows all that is needed to be seen.

His bad reviews, are either from morons, idiots, or competitors ( most of which are competition as when you do a run with his cuts … Oh boy! )
