We contracted MVP to order and install 12 windows. On the day of the install we found out 2 window sashes were not what we ordered and one window wasn't ordered at all. Six (6) weeks later the window that didn't get ordered is finally getting installed. The only reason this window came, is because my wife called the manufacturer. The window was in that day and MVP scheduled to come out and install it. We still haven't received the 2 etched windows sashes originally ordered. Even after speaking with MVP on the phone the day of the original install. Now they're claiming we didn't order etched. We just want what we paid for. I'd strongly warn people to not use MVP as a home contractor. Some other issues were 1 window was scratched for the wood look vinyl overlay. This was never fixed or repaired. The trim they installed doesn't match the windows. This is partly my fault for not asking more details. But I didn't expect them to use unfinished round stock from Lowe's for the trim when I'm using a contractor. Most of the trim is poorly fit and I will be redoing it myself. I was also shocked that one guy was all they sent out to remove and install 12 windows. Again I strongly advise anyone needing contractor to avoid using MVP
