Do not order from MyFunkySocks.com (product never received)

My order was placed on November 8th and supposedly shipped on November 10th However no tracking number was provided, on November 22nd I had still not received my socks nor any response to the multiple emails sent. I contacted the company via their contact us page on their website, I also sent emails to kerry@myfunkysocks.com, & Krizzo3@aol.com. In addition to those emails I sent a message to the My Funky Socks Facebook page & also sent a message to Kerry Ann Czaskos Rizzo's Facebook page, again no response. I also tried calling
(310) 890-4072 and also no response. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company for a refund and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Wish I had done some research prior and saw all these complaints and negative reviews before I placed my order.
