Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

They charged my account 34.99 I called and spoke to three different people to cancel this and the still charged my account 34.99. For a service I never wanted in the first place all for a car loan. It's ridiculous that this happens. You can not get approved for a car loan with jumping threw all these three ring circus and when your at very end your stuck with all these add on monitoring call in crap that you have to spend you next ten years and it seems promising to name your first born after them it's so slimy ball. I hate it!! When did the world turn so dark and ugly! Resolution Sought Refund my money and go out of business!
