This company is a scam

They hire people for a month at tops then use them to lie to people telling them lies and misleading them to attend a meeting covering changes to their timeshare. Once they have successfully used employees to set up these appointments they fire the employees so they won't have to pay them commissions or hourly wages earned throughout scheduled pay period.
