Mistreating customers!!
I arrived at place of business approximately 2:15 p.m. I registered and had a seat waiting for service to be performed. Approximately 2:45 p.m. I was told Ben, nail manicurist, had to leave at 3 p.m. to pick up his child from school I was told to come back after 4 p.m. to have services performed. I returned at 4:10 p.m. As Ben was servicing a customer and knew I would be returning I did not sign in again but had a seat waiting for him to service the client that was present at his station. I could see a manicurist informing Ben of my return. After he finished providing service to the client another client was summoned to his station. I sat there in dismay and thinking did he actually have to pick up his son. After 2 minutes I went to Ben's stationed kindly saying, "Excuse me, but wouldn't I be next?" He humped his shoulders. I then went to manicurist who informed him of my return asking to speak with manager. I was informed he is manager. I stated why would I be told to come back and not be the first or next customer to be service. He stated the lady had waited. I stated I too had waited prior to being informed he had to leave at three and had waited until after 4p.m. even not physically being in building. This is mistreatment of me as He stated he was informing me Ben had to leave. Again, I stated I was told to come back after 4 p.m. to be provided services.Do not mistreat customers!
