Poor Service and possible scam

After buying several thousands of dollars of tires from NTB over the years their service suddenly seems to have vanished. The last three times I have taken my car in for balancing and alignment check, they were never able to perform the alignment in a reasonable amount of time, e.g., 4 to 5 hours. The excuse was that they only had one alignment machine. OK, but not my problem and after all you do sell tires.

After telling me that the rear shocks on my Nissan Maxima had "seized," they offered to replace them for $450.00 labor not included. When I looked up replacement costs on Tire Rack, the parts cost was less than $200.0 for KYB's.

After probably 15 years of being a loyal customer, I won't be back.
