Thief! Stay Away!

Paid 700 in advance to a Robert Graves for services. Was given a guarantee that all items on all 3 credit reports that were not mine or incorrect would be permanently removed. After 1 year, credit report still contains derogatory items not belonging to me and erroneous items. Requested a refund and was told 3 times that he would send a money order. As of today, no refund has been received.
