I've paid the above company the amount stated. I was later asked to pay an extra 1,600. I told them I did have any more money, and if they could not help me to return my money. They refuse, and never return it. Resolution Sought I am an 87 year old woman I am poor and need them to return my money.

This complaint was addressed 06/16/2021 through the BBB. There has been no change in our position. There is no additional monies owed toward this contract. We are waiting on documents not dollars. This exact response was given to the BBB on 08/08/23.
