This is the worst financial institution I have ever had an experience with. the phones were put on whole without being notified, the notification did not come until later by mail, several days later. when calling this financial institution the whole time is always 15 minutes or more and that's for each department, not for the entire call. An entire call is usually 30 minutes or more, which in my opinion is ridiculous for every call! I am dissatisfied with the service I have received, with the incompetent Representatives I've dealt with in the checking and savings department. I have work for a major Bank before and I have never treated my customers the way this credit union has treated me. With this type of balance this institution should cater to this account, instead my fiancé and I have been treated as if we were criminals, of some type, trying to retrieve someone else's funds. A few weeks ago I was considering opening an additional account but at this rate, I'll NEVER EVER consider that again. Representatives are rude, have an attitude and a smart mouth piece. we were made to feel like outsiders as if we didn't even belong to the financial institution. On several occasions the money was almost removed due to lack of professionalism and the rudeness that was experienced. I once heard an old supervisor tell another representative, I can teach you how to be nice that's a personality issue that should be worked on. Research potential employees, definitely!
