They don't specify when an upgrade is needed to view some movies.

The advertisement for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was put in an online ad. That may be the problem. The Netflix business itself stated that they do not offer the movie. There was no reason given. Service for Netflix has changed. Perhaps specifying that an upgrade is needed to view some movies would be prudent if the movies are not viewable on the basic payment plan. It is not wise to state that movies CAN be viewed when they cannot.

Billed for Fraudulent International Netflix accounts.

I was a longtime Netflix customer of over ten years. However, we recently realized that we were being double billed by Netflix. As it turns out, four fraudulent international Netflix accounts in Mexico and Canada were being billed to our debit card. Mind you, these fraudulent accounts did not match our name, address or even country. Netflix's fraud detection is seriously lacking if that can occur. We were told that we will not be provided a refund for the charges because the fraudulent accounts had usage. In the case of fraud, account usage/viewership should not be used to determine whether a refund is issued. We are left holding the bag for $99.81 in fraudulent charges. We have terminated our account with Netflix. I will never do business with them again. I implore everyone to monitor all charges from Netflix like a hawk because if anything goes wrong it appears that Netflix would rather lose customers than do right by them.
