I did not call for this card.

A debit card was sent in the mail. I never put in, a call for this debit card. Business is affiliated with metabank. I think assume would be the correct word. I did not call for this card.

Some stole 780.00 social security benefits. They were in Texas and im in Virginia.

I see im not the only one to have their disability money stolen by a me to me transfer by someone in Texas. Im in Virginia on oxygen and cant leave the house. I see netspend is in Texas. I believe they got internal theft going on. They told me they would investigate it and get back to on 16th of this month. They closed my case in 2 days. The agents hung up on me. I went to their Facebook page and blasted them. Then a spokeswoman named Lea called and told me they were going to send me a check for my 780.00 and they were closing my account. This also were you get private email from them. So I had no other way of communicating with them. Lea told me she would call me the next day. I called her on a line that went straight to her. Her voicemail says she will be gone till Monday. She lied to me. She didnt like me blasting them on Facebook. They are rude and makevyou feel helpless. I can't pay my rent, food or pay for my oxygen. I wont have a Thanksgiving. I need my money back.
