Never pay in cash for a ticket at NYCC. After a performance was cancelled it took 3 months and numerous calls to be reimburse

I spent hours trying to be reimbursed for a performance that was cancelled. After 3 months of hearing excuses I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and was contacted by the management within a couple of hours of filing my claim. I will never buy a ticket in cash from this organization. Had it been charged MasterCard would have given an immediate refund
