Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had nothing but bad experiences with every branch of this company I've dealt with

I had nothing but bad experiences with every branch of this company I've dealt with since high school (graduated 2017). I listed a fraction of my terrible experiences with this horrible abomination of a company below: They treat the people with high functioning autism like they have the intellect of a rock during meetings, treat female clients with high functioning autism like garbage during work hours, the Next step buildings always have trashcans everywhere that are not ever properly removed, the bathrooms in the building smell vulgar, I wouldn't even want my five year old niece to set foot in that building, and i have had nothing but the worst experience with every branch since i signed up. Doing everything to change the problems I've listed.
