Practices unfair and deceptive acts. S.OS shows business license lapsed in March 2020. No renewal in process.

Purchased a car with 10 day warranty on June 4th 2020 for$2987 cash. Car became inoperable 30 minutes after purchase. Immediately notified the seller and the seller agreed to make it right. Since then the seller has been evasive and has let the warranty expire. Car needs major repairs estimated @$804-$1100. I do not trust seller to do the right repairs as his actions have been unacceptable. Its been almost a month and car still sits in shop yard inoperable since day one. Also the odometer shows 113,000 miles, vin# researched shows over 239,000 miles, way past due for scheduled maintenance. The correct mileage is a huge concern. Status of operating Business License show lapsed in March 2020, he is operating without a business license. Does not show in process of renewal.
