DO NOT do business with this company

I paid for a years warranty protection. When I called 5 months into my warranty they could not find anyone to do the repairs though they "tried" for 2 weeks! I was then promised a full refund since they had not been able to provide service, and after weeks and weeks of promises for a refund, they became mean and said with prorates and other false charges there would be no refund. I filed a complaint with BBB to which they did not respond--shows how they care for their customers! The BBB gives them an "F" rating and I concure with this rating! They are criminals in my eyes! (They deserve -5 stars!)
