Poor customer service!!!

I called that business only because my county courthouse Clerk of Courts gave me their number to call about paperwork to petition the court for guardianship of someone over the age of 18 do declare them incompetent of taking care of their well-being or financial statements and what not. I left a message to call me back. The lady called me back and I didn't receive the call in time so I called back and the lady answered. I asked her about having that type of paperwork and what we would need to do. Her attitude, tone of voice and the short somewhat rude answers were uncalled and ignorant because my courthouse told me to call and I have never in my 35 years of living had someone be that disrespectful and to speak to me as if I was stupid for lack of better words. For a company that is suppose to help people and be informative on information. She wasn't and I am honestly sorry for anyone who has to speak with that lady. Something has to be done. That was just down right uncalled for. I want my outcome to be for you to actually call and act just like I did. I left my name and number with no detail and just asked to be called back A.S.A.P and hope that they hear what I just heard and then do something about it. These people are suppose to be helping people. At least talk professionally in nicely two people instead of talking down to them or like you're better than them.
