My emails disappeared this am Feb 16, 2024. I tried to get help retrieving them. Was told would have to pay a premium to talk to tech. I have been with AOL for 18 years. These emails contained both personal and important information. Please help if you can Resolution Sought Get emails restored. I think the company should be responsible when error on their end. I can attest I did not nor would not delete important info. The guy I could barely understand, He seemed more like a salesman than customer service. I will not pay for AOL's errors.

For the last two weeks I have been getting the run around from AOL regarfing deleting sub email accounts no longer in use. The company has also double charged. for certain services. Trying to resolve problems take up to four hours on the phone. There have been times it takes more than two weeks to resolve problems as I have been told that the are not able to see account to provide answers. When asked why they can not see account, there is no answer except to call on another day. I have been calling on different days and get the same dumb answer. Resolution Sought I want the sub email accounts deleted and to change screen name. I also want financial compensation for the issue not being corrected.
