Don't get ripped off

I Donated 90 Percent of my Plasma n was given 10 dol. Should have been 60 dol. I had a medical emergency. Actually Urinated on myself. The Police were Called. Like I Told the mngr. I'm a Gulf war Ver. How could You do me like that. I was Threatened by a Employee It Was a Viscous attempt to Steal from a Veteran

Yesterday, 12/14/2022, my fiancé and I went to donate at the Octapharma Location in Tampa, Florida Located on Armenia Blvd. We arrived at 12:30. I waited in my car with my children while my fiancé donated first. While my fiancé was donating, he was informing me how it took over 40 minutes of him sitting in the seat to get the needle put in his arm, and they poked his vein wrong. He told me he was watching employees laughing and gossiping about other employees. When he told me this I remembered how I heard employees of octapharma telling the new male employees about a girl that worked in the center that has an STD. They were saying, "Don't mess with her because she burns everybody who tries to talk to her, and she's on your trail she wants to train you already." This was on my visit to their location on 12/03/22. So yesterday, once my fiancé was done with his donation, they had him sitting there for 20 minutes without taking him off of the machine. I ran out of gas waiting on him so I walked in the center to see what's going on because he had texted me he was done 20 minutes prior. The staff were extremely rude to me telling me I couldn't wait for him or try to see what was going on, and nobody would check for me. They didn't care about my situation, so I asked for a corporate number and was told I could get it, but the employee named brianna, walked away and never gave it to me. At this point I started crying because I was overwhelmed with how rude they were being to me. A ma
