Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Off Grid By Design, LLC was absolutely great!!

They were referred to me by another one of their happy clients. About 6 weeks ago they completed installation of solar equipment on my home. They went above and beyond in every aspect. They were more pickier about things themselves than I would have been myself. There was no other company that I could find that was able to even come close in matching their price. In fact, I was so happy with their daily performance that I actually got them lunch daily! They are still checking up on me following up behind the job they did. Absolutely recommend them to others.
