Now the site is down too

I ordered in November, send several e-mails and always got the same reply, big demand......backed up. Now the site is done and no more responses to e-mails

They Got Paid, I Got The Shaft

Ordered a Eagles Sharpa Jacket with Name on it 12-6-2017. Received text message with an Authorization Code #980023, the same day. Jan. 30 2018 sent email got Generic email in response stating orders backed up please wait order number and tracking # to follow shortly. Well after 5 emails of the same response I contacted BBB in NY and lodged a complaint. They got no response either. As of Mar. 15th the last time I checked the website and sent email as to where is my Jacket. The jacket was still available and in STOCK. Now the site won't come up when you try it. I have now filed a complaint with my Banks Fraud Dept. Lets see what response they get.
