This center treated him as a hospice patient and didn't attend to his illness seriously and failed to properly care.

After my dad was in a horrific car accident he was placed in to Ontario health center to recover at which he was to be transported to multiple Dr. Appts. Due to the failure of giving him pain medication he was unable to successfully go to his appointments. Within this time he was doing physical therapy and he was left in his wheel chair and wanted to get back to his bed. They left him so long and he decides to try to put his self back in bed and fail and broke his hip. He was transported to hospital to have hip surgery and they also found out he had lung cancer in March. After discovering this he went through hip surgery and placed back to Ontario health center. They left him severely dehydrated and with pneumonia he is now in a new hospital fighting cancer at which has taken over his whole body. This center treated him as a hospice patient and didn't attend to his illness seriously and failed to properly care. Do not leave your loved ones here they are worth a fight and thrive to live.
