Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Tenth package or so that I have gone through with Lasership/Ontrac company, they always "lose" my package or deliver it to the wrong address… even some packages that required a signature, which I never signed obviously.
