Tenth package or so that I have gone through with Lasership/Ontrac company, they always "lose" my package or deliver it to the wrong address… even some packages that required a signature, which I never signed obviously.

WORST CARRIER EVER!!

How lazy are OnTrac drivers? I do not understand how they continue to do business. Other carriers set my packages behind the plants next to my front door. This female driver couldn't take the couple of extra steps to do the same… This delivery driver is just lazy, and does her job "half-a**ed". She just tossed my package from 5 ft away. Luckily, there wasn't anything fragile in the package, or I would have filed a lawsuit against OnTrac for their inability to do the job correctly. OnTrac is absolutely the WORST CARRIER EVER!! Do a MUCH better job in your deliveries!!
