They promised to reduce or eliminate a debt but instead only gave me a way to payback full amount owed I want to express my feeling to all as they were paid $5000 and did nothing and will not give me any kind of refund, they just closed my case and ripped me off. They take your money and treat people like s*** Resolution Sought I want at least a 50 refund of $2,500 and they should give more to be fair

First off I would like to say Optima Tax Relief is nothing short of creating visions that do not exist, and create false hope for what is advertised. Mentioning on radio the the government has, and government approved a "fresh start" and "new initiative program" Bull! From what I heard is what peeked my thoughts. So I called, the 800 number, spoke to an agent, and was convinced that what I had heard and explain on the issue of where I was at, at the current time and in great detail explained the complete issue and was looking to get assistance in some professional help on the tax issue I was faced with. I paid the upfront fee, and agreed to the payment plan for the agent to start the process, followed everything that Optima Tax Relief requested to the letter. In return what I got was hair pulling stress. Ignored calls most of the time, unanswered questions, long waits on the phone, and just excuses of this and that which to me no sense. Oh a partial refund of was offered by optima but I sign up for assistance and relief and got nothing but strict confinement of a payment plan that was worse than the first offer. It was at that moment I had realized that Optima Tax Relief did nothing to help for a "fresh start" or for a "new initiative" program. Then after I explain my horrible experience to the company and expressed my points and views, I was an offer to continue the program for a monthly rate and when I refused a letter was produce of completion and my portal was off. Resolution Sought Because of the misleading conversation to convince me that there process have the best out comes, because of the system they have, then to create false hope that all is going to be okay, only to fined out that the almost two year issue to get the answer that I was seeking, was bullied into a neck breaking monthly fee to the IRS, With still no answers to what was said in the very start, and I had figured out on my own that no such programs exists, it is all a pipe dreams drafted with golden lies.
