Left still owing the same amount money that I went to get help for.

A terrible experience. After 16 months of starting with Optima I'm just finding out the 2 - 3 tax returns weren't excepted even tho they supposedly where filled 12 months, even tho they told me everything was taken Care of and I don't owe anything to the IRS of May this year and everything was done with them and that I was gonna actually see Return this year. All I got was a letter in September that I still owe 10,000 and the only return that the IRS received is the one I filled not using there CPA. I payed this company $6200 to do my taxes incorrectly and assure me that my process was complete and I was just Better off taking that money and paying the IRS with that. Now I payed them that money and still have to pay the IRS same amount I owed them. They don't negotiate nothing they are just expensive CPA company that my do the Job they claim. Optima should actually return my money so I can pay the IRS, because now I'm in fear of getting my wages garnished with a family to provide for and they weren't the professional service that the promise to provide me.
