No service for 3-4 days ,sent out 2 techs on different days both said wires down come with wrong equipment

No service for 3-4 days ,sent out 2 techs on different days both said wires down come with wrong equipment. No calls back lots of customer service hanging up very poor service paying premium rates a month.
