We got a pressure regulator installed for the house and he also helped us to redo an entire bathroom due to a leak. During the bid process, they shined through by explaining in detail their estimate and being transparent about the cost. They were half the cost of another company so I was hesitant, but they installed the pressure regulator with no issue and very little disruption to my tenant. After the success of the regulator install, I felt comfortable enough for them to tackle the larger problem of a shower that leaked down and damaged the below room. They redid the entire bathroom, fixed all the damaged drywall/plaster, and did some mold remediation. Not only did they do a fantastic job but more importantly they didn't just drop us after we did a final payment. They continued for weeks afterward to help us with the insurance company. Knowing they stand by their work and they aren't some fly by night company has really raised the bar on how I will judge all other contractors.
