I returned the product and canceled one order, they have not refunded me and wont call me back, say they are escalating and nothing has happened. had to file for fraud through credit card. Resolution Sought Give me a refund.

To Whom It May Concern: Order 422310547: The customer was refunded 2/14 for the item that was returned. This was within the 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. Order 422310003: The customer submitted a cancellation request 2/1 on an order placed 1/17. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Sincerely Bed Bath & Beyond
