I have lost days of work just because of the manager. I don't want anyone to have to feel or be treated the way I was.

I'm still shaking, completely embarrassed, and feel like just curling up in a ball after the way I was treated. I am a 42 year old male that is just trying to stay above water financially I go to the jobs assigned to me and give the company more than a 100% of me, I was taught at a young age a good work ethic and how to treat people knowing that they might not always treat you the way you expect to be treated. I know that your employer has an obligation to treat an employer or employee with conditions within the law. I have given Mrs. Barber nothing but respect and to have been treated with disrespect, used to fill a position that the company thought was paying the person who would be doing the actual job a higher wage than Pacesetters would actually pay me for. I have text Mrs. Barber on her personal phone to have another employee tell me her response. I have been picked up from jobs by Mrs. Barber for her tell me how another employee will never step a foot in her vehicle because of his hygiene and kept making rude an nasty remarks on one of her workers. She has constantly made little sly uncalled for remarks about me. There have been many days where I would just lay in bed contemplating weather I was willing to deal with the stress and humiliation from Jennifer Barber.
