Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great experience all round

I bought a watch back in January of this year (2014) and since I was checking up on another luxury good company, thought I'd write a quick review. I did quite a bit of research before buying a high end watch from an online store. I asked for a couple of photos of the watch and recieved these very quickly. I called over the phone for a last minute check and proceeded with the purchase. Extremely pleased with the professional service and expedient shipping used. Often search the site for other watches as I would gladly use again. Hope this helps others.
