If my power gets shut off I want it documented that I waited over an hour to talk to someone when they called me.
Auto call saying they had an important message regarding my residential service and to press 1 to hear the message. Then I had to give them my number and then they had me on hold for over an hour for an important message that obviously wasn't important. If you get an automated call saying that you have an important message from a business regarding your account I would hope they wouldn't have you on hold for over an hour to hear said important message to drive you crazy and then shut off whatever utility they were calling about.
