As bad as it gets for a casino. Please don't waste your time or our hard earned money here. Basically very little english speaking here. Absolute uncontrolled customers smoking in the non-smoking sections and hundreds more walking through. I have seen the most arrogant patrons smoking under the big non-smoking signs. The worst part of it is the the security guards are told not to bother these people smoking in the non-smoking sections unless someone asks. I have seen these same people smoking very close to elderly patrons with oxygen.That does not even include the horrible rationb of people winning decent amounts of money or getting a bonus that is more then a few dollars. No real concerns about the above problems as it has not changed one bit in the 7-10 years I think it has been open.

Parx treated me disrespectfully

I was a consumer playing at tiles table game. I had a losing hand and lost. Toss the tiles accidentally and Parx dealer complained about the incident. I was kicked out of the Casino for that reason. Parx are being so arrogant that they don't care or have respect for their customer. I did not intentionally cause any incident. But they had sent security to escort me out. I said that they have just lost a valuable customer and their reply was good, they have plenty more. There is no reimbursement to anything. I just want to say the facts that Parx could just treat their customer disrespectfully, and that's is not acceptable.
